Username Recovery This page will allow you to recover your CRO Website username. Please note that your CRO username is different from your LAO username. Please enter your first name (case sensitive) and email address below, along with completing the captcha verification. To recover your username, these fields must match your CRO account. Upon successful verification, the system will send your username to the email address in your account.
